Just So

Excuse the dusty surface--yikes!

It feels like everyday that I find a new lip product that I love but hey, who am I to complain? Today's gem is Rimmel's lipstick in "Just So".  This dark rosy-pink is very wearable and perfect for everyday. The colour adds brightness to my face and it flattering for my colouring. The Lasting Finish Lipstick formula is also great as expected from any Rimmel lip product. It's moisturizing and pigmented, but not too pigmented which makes it easy to apply for on the go convenience. The best part about this lipstick is it's price; I bought this for $3.99 on offer and its regularly priced at $5.99 which is also not too shabby. It's also widely available in almost every drugstore and in retailers like Walmart or Target.

What are your favourite drugstore lip products?

My Week in Photo's #1

I've seen a few people do something like this, and I thought that I would give it a go. Essentially this post is me sharing a few pieces of my week with you guys. Hope you're all doing well and are having a good month so far! xx Kinza

Snip Snip

Well, earlier this month I was examining my ends and noticed that I severely needed a haircut. So as you do, I walked into a hair dressers and asked for a 2 inches off. Low and behold, the hair dresser went to town and decided to cut five inches off. It was one of those awkward situations where she looks at you and asks, "How's the length?" and I (with panic in my eyes) just nod and say "Yeah, it's great!" So, I strolled out of there, put on a beanie and rushed home to mourn the loss of my long locks. So I thought I would blog about it, since I haven't posted since summer (oops). So, there is an upside to this story. After playing around with it for a few days it has definitely started to grow on me, though I do still like my long hair better. This cut makes me look more mature, and I feel like more of the almost-grown up I am. Anyways, here's a picture! (p.s. happy to be back)

Update & NYC

Hey, it's me... Kinza. haha I know its been a while since my last post and honestly, not much has happened since. I basically haven't found much to write about. It's always been on my mind though!
So, recently my parents and I have taken a trip to New York City and I thought I would share some pictures. :) I had such an amazing time and it was everything I thought it would be! So if you're thinking about going to New York and for some reason are crazy enough to have doubts: DO IT. It will not disappoint.

Hope you guys are doing okay, and I'll be back soon hopefully. <3

What I come home to, missed my BF ;)
